WELCOME TO TEXAS-LOUISIANA GULF COAST DISTRICT EXCHANGE CLUB
THE TEXAS-LOUISIANA GULF COAST DISTRICT HAS BEEN SERVING EXCHANGE CLUBS SINCE 1985!
Exchange Clubs organize and serve within their own communities through various service and fundraising projects.
The Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast District is dedicated to serving the individual Exchange Clubs, as a link to The National Exchange Club. The "District" provides guidance, education, and leadership training, with a focus on Club Building. Training is provided by District on a Club or Member basis as well as in group settings.
Club Officer Training is offered in a setting that allows members to learn from trainers, as well as from officers in other Clubs. It is also a good setting for members to attend, as a way to explore what leadership positions they might wish to pursue.
The Mid Winter Educational Conference provides a variety of programs, including but not limited to, community service projects, what other clubs are doing in their communities, guest leadership trainers and inspirational speakers.
Currently there are 15 Traditional Clubs, and 6 Excel (High School) Clubs, with a total of 991 members.
The Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast District acts as a focal point for Clubs to communicate activities, fundraisers, volunteer needs, and socials. Since many of the Clubs are in near proximity to one another, members often attend projects and fundraisers in support of other clubs.
